SEILLANS is a charming holiday home with a distinct rustic feel situated in the village of Franschhoek, which is located in the heart of South Africa?s wine country only 45 minutes from Cape Town, and 25 minutes from the historic town of Stellenbosch. You will discover that Franschhoek is one of South Africa?s most beautiful spots and a great place to base yourself if you are a food and wine fanatic, an outdoor enthusiast, golfer, or if you simply want to explore Cape Town and surrounds. The house is simply furnished in lovely rustic French style with a mix of old and new and consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. The house sleeps six comfortably. The lounge area with fire place opens onto a front and back stoep (verandah), entertainment area, garden with mountain views and swimming pool. The front stoep has a day bed for lazing and a long patio table ideal for al fresco dining. The house has a dining room and large fully equipped open plan kitchen with everything you need. Facilities include, big double garage, under floor heating, satellite television, large fridge and separate freezer, separate scullery/laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a BBQ with utensils. All linen, towels including swimming towels are included, and the house can be fully serviced upon request.
