Fair-View is a beautifully appointed, immaculate and delightful luxury self catering accommodation, with magnificent panoramic views of the valley and mountains beyond, relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere. It offers an extensive open plan living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen which extends the length of the house, guest bathroom, and study and 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms with 2 bathrooms; one king/ one queen size bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, the main bedroom is en-suite, an open fireplace. All bedrooms are individually furnished with the highest quality embroided cotton percale bed linen. Fabulous double vaulted height ceilings, granite work surfaces, wooden floors, sunny north facing windows and a wooden deck balcony off the Master bedroom is some features of this house. The living area is spacious with fold-aside doors that leads from the dining room onto a large covered sunny patio leading with the 14m long lap pool and braai(barbecue). The dining area leads into a large open plan kitchen, fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all necessary utensils for cooking. A utility room leads from the kitchen which is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Double garage secure parking is guaranteed. The directions as follows: FROM CAPE TOWN Take the N1 towards Paarl; Drive until you get to exit 47 with sign Stellenbosch, Klapmuts, Wellington; Turn right at the T-junction. Within 300 meters, you come to a 4-way stop. Cross over and shortly thereafter you will see a sign to the left saying Franschhoek, R45. Continue for about 9 km, until you reach a T-junction. Turn right and keep driving for about 20 km’s until you find yourself in the town of Franschhoek. Drive through Franschhoek until almost to the end of town; Turn right into Berg Street where you see the sign Plumwood Inn (about 300 meters before the Huguenot Monument). Continue down Berg Street until you get to a Cabriere Street, which is the 2nd street to the right, an untarred road. We are the 4th House on the right hand side. FROM THE FRANSCHHOEK PASS (if you come from Hermanus/R62) Coming down the Franschhoek Pass (R45) you will see the Huguenot Monument on your left hand side. At the Huguenot Monument, turn right into the Main Street which is sign-posted as R45/Paarl. Take the first turn to the left, this is Berg street. There is a sign "Plumwood Inn" on that corner, so you can't miss it. Then you take the 2nd street to the right, which is Cabriere Street, an untarred road. We are the 4th House on the right hand side. FROM THE AIRPORT Go on the N2 towards Somerset West, and get off at exit 22a towards Bellville on the R300.
