4 Clifton Court is an exquisite luxury 3 Bedroom apartment situated a stone’s throw away from Cape Town’s famous Clifton Beach. Encompassing the most amazing 180 degree sea view from the balcony that leads straight off the main bedroom and Lounge. It spans across the entire lounge and bedroom. Braai area straight off the kitchen. Parking facility is for a single parking bay for one car; saloon car and not a 4x4 or SUV. Full alarm system, Safe, Wireless, Fully equipped kitchen. Servicing: Rental includes the services of a cleaner every day excluding Sunday’s and Public Holiday’s. Should the guest wish to have a cleaner on a Sunday / Public Holiday, this can be arranged however the additional cost will be for the guest’s account. The cost per day for Sunday’s / Public Holidays is R290. Self catering includes: Toiletries on arrival only, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash for the first night. Thereafter the clients are to supply their own. We supply 1 towel per person per day for Showering purposes as well as swimming towels, 1 per person per day. If you require more please bring extra from home.
