Schonfeld, about two and a half hours drive to the northwest of Windhoek, is ideally situated en route to the Etosha National Park, the Skeleton Coast, the Brandberg, Swakopmund, Damaraland and the untouched Kaokoland. At 1500 m above sea level visitors will always enjoy good weather. Up to 16 people can be accommodated in luxurious and spacious rooms, some furnished with antiques. Each has its own bathroom, complying with European standards. Laundry services are available. Guests are treated to typical German cuisine with a strong Namibian influence. The Sch?nfeld kitchen specialises in venison, whilst barbecuing and draught beer remains one of the favourite ways of entertaining guests.
